Unused medicines are
put to good use for those who are unable to afford them in developing
countries
We always needs antibiotics,
anti-malarials, pain relievers, and
HIV/AIDS anti-retrovirals. Diflucan or flucanazole (used to treat yeast infections) is especially needed.
Shipping costs to Africa are extremely expensive, often in excess of $100 for small-medium sized box. Please consider including a check made payable to Health Equity Project for any amount that you can add to help us afford shipping.
Because shipping costs are so expensive, we are unable to accept donated supplies or medicines except for those indicated above.
Although medicines are often useful
beyond their expiration date, we are unable to ship expired medicines
due to local and international laws which allow us to legally ship
medicines abroad under humanitarian law.
Unexpired medicines can be shipped
to us at:
